All our clients offer full time permanent employment contracts. The industries we recruit for have all existed for several decades, and it is not uncommon to work alongside fellow employees with over 20 years experience.
Is there a structured career path?
Yes. Our Industry Training and Assessment Packages explain in detail the career structures that exist.

No. We advise service leavers to register with us at least 6 months before they end their service.
Is there anything I can use my Service Resettlement training grant towards to improve my chances of employment?
There is nothing specific; however some of our clients view a willingness to use your grant and personal time towards your Offshore Survival Training as a positive commitment to your next career. We would suggest you consider doing this, only on receipt of a job offer.
What is the average starting salary?
That does depend on the Company and the benefits available with the offered contract. Some benefit packages are phenomenal with slightly less in paid salary, whilst others have more generous salaries but less in the way of benefits. It is also worth bearing in mind that offers will be for Trainee positions, and normally after 6 months to a year you will be promoted to Operator and benefit from an increase in salary.

Yes. Our clients will do everything possible to get you back home if there is a serious personal situation involving your family.
Yes. As long as it is your permanent address and you live near an international airport.
What are the rules for the Seafarers’ Earnings Deduction?
