We specialise in sourcing mid-career trainee entry Candidates with specific military and industry backgrounds that would seamlessly complement the Oil and Gas exploration and survey industries that exist today.
We have a large and unique network of Military and Engineering training provider contacts that allow us to source the right candidates for you.
The three main areas we source from are Technicians (Electronic, Avionic, Instrumentation and IT), Mechanical Engineering Trades (Marine, Vehicle and Specific Operator/Maintainer Trades), and Surveyor/Positioning Specialist Trades. All our Candidates are trained to extremely high levels and have at least five years relevant work experience. They also have experience of Health and Safety at work, reporting, inventory and asset management and leadership skills.
We thoroughly assess each candidate, researching their training, experience, character and overall suitability for the role they could be put forward for. A candidate will only be put forward for your consideration if he or she meets all our stringent requirements.
